The day - will be a beautiful blend of my signature framework where somatics meets strategy.
First, we reset. Guided reflection and somatic breathwork to help you slow down and reflect on where things are now
Then, we refuel. A dive into your priorities and vision for life and business - clearing out distractions and limits.
You leave with your 2027 roadmap, clarity on your top 3 priorities and tools to anchor you when life tries to distract you.
Lunch and snacks are included, and the space to just be.
