About the event
As leaders we wear so many hats…and as a result we get pulled in so many directions. It’s part of the job description.
Leaders often lead on the fly. There’s so much to do, and it just needs to be done. We take on other’s work, we’re always late for meetings, we never feel satisfied with what we’re doing and how it’s being done.
How do you decide what is “your work,” and “your team’s work”? How do you set boundaries and make sure the work is getting done without stretching yourself too thin?
Along the way, we learn a lot of bad habits that leave you feeling unsure of where your priorities lie. You lose yourself in your work and begin to feel dissatisfied and overwhelmed.
Breaking bad habits can be hard, but if you work at it, you’ll begin to lead with ease, focus, and attention.
In this workshop, we will talk about:
- distracted leadership
- selfless leadership / martyr syndrome
- mind reading leadership
