"I went to two online events hosted by Our Forte in the past year. They we both held in the middle of the Covid 19 pandemic. These events were full of connection and impact during a time where that was so needed. I had zero expectations because I felt like we are all “over” zoom events. I don’t know how they pulled it off but I had an amazing experience from start to finish. The food the drinks the community, I’m so grateful Our Forte has found a way to deliver in collaboration with today’s challenges. Well done." - Renee Boudreau

Hi! I'm Ashlee and trust me when I say - "I get it!"  I was addicted to staying busy and feeling stressed. I wore it like a badge of honour. The busier I was the more worthy I felt.

My constant overwhelm and self sacrifice led to me being mean, quick to anger, and even more stressed. I refused to ask for help. I wasn’t sleeping. My chaos wasn't fun for anyone to be around. I had a constant stream of limiting beliefs keeping me stuck and telling me: "You aren't good enough", "You can't let them down", "Who do you think you are", "There isn't enough time", "You didn't do enough"

I was stuck in a cycle of being too busy, not having enough time and I had no way to change it.
